The application is always possible from the beginning of June to the beginning of September of the event year on this page.

Application process
To submit an application, please use the application form below. We always try to give as many students as possible access to the course. However, even if all the above-mentioned requirements are met, participation cannot be guaranteed.
Conditions and Requirements
- regular students, not doctoral students
- Presentation of a student card valid for the winter semester of the respective year
- Submission of all required data by the end of July (selection takes place in mid-August)
- Feedback on emails
- Dress code: Business
- Participation in the photo session (Tuesday during the event)
Students who have never taken part as sponsored students are given preference.
Participation includes
- Access to the lectures
- Access to the exhibition
- Conference Booklet
- 2x Lunch
- Drinks
The participation in the evening event and the long-term parking ticket are not included.
